Nic is an experienced meditator who has been teaching since the start of 2020. She qualified with distinction from the British School of Meditation and offers courses combining the science behind meditation along with a variety of meditation practices so you can find what works for you.

ABOUT NIC

Nic has been meditating since the start of 2018 when she became extremely sick with Crohn's disease. It helped her deal with both her acute physical symptoms and the chronic mental distress the illness put on her. ONLINE MEDITATION COURSES

Learn how to meditate in the comfort of your own home with a 4-week online course. This unique course combines the science of meditation with a variety of different types of practices so you can find what works for you. Start this journey with like-minded people and discover what the benefits of meditation are for yourself.

IN PERSON MEDITATION COURSES

If you are local to Chalgrove (Oxfordshire) and would prefer to learn to meditate face to face then join me for a weekly session in a private venue. The course content is the same as the online course - we cover the science and try various types of meditation but the environment is much more intimate with spaces limited to 8 participants.
